Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Squawk King IA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is
Squawk King IA is a troubleshooting aid for aircraft mechanics. It retrieves historical maintenance cases and FAA guidance, uses an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to suggest possible causes, and helps draft logbook entries.
3. What the Service Is Not
- It is not FAA-approved data.
- It is not a substitute for manufacturer maintenance manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, or approved data.
- It is not an airworthiness determination.
- It does not replace the judgment of a certificated mechanic.
All diagnostic output must be independently verified against current approved data before any maintenance action is taken. You are solely responsible for the work you perform and the entries you sign.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
5. Account and Security
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at joepalmas82@gmail.com.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
- Free trial: 3 diagnostics for a one-time $5 payment.
- Starter plan: $19 per month for 20 diagnostics.
- Pro plan: $29 per month for 40 diagnostics.
- Credits: $20 for 10 diagnostics, no expiration.
- One diagnostic means one squawk investigation, including follow-up questions within that session.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds for partial periods.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
